Dr. Peter Rick graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1989 and has been practicing in Grand Haven since 1990. He is married to Dr. Donna Rick, a dentist in Fruitport, and is the father of four children: Chelsea Klipfel, DDS; Peter Rick, Jr., DDS; Noah (engineer); and Keon (soon to be dentist). He loves spending time outdoors hunting, snowmobiling, and being on the water. Dr. Rick is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Muskegon District Dental Society. Dr. Rick offically retired in November 2023.
Dr. Peter Rick, Jr. might be recognizable to many as working in this office alongside his father since high school and throughout summers in undergrad as a hygiene assistant and dental assistant. Dr. Rick has returned to the office after graduating from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Rick enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hunting, watersports and time with his wife, Liz, and the rest of his family. Dr. Rick is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Muskegon District Dental Society.
These women are all Registered Dental Hygienists that will be providing your care. They maintain their licensure requirements and attend many continuing education courses to stay current and improve the care for their patients as much as possible. They will be completing your cleanings and are also trained in taking x-rays and administering anesthetic as needed.
These are the ladies who work alongside Dr. Rick Jr., striving to make your treatment as efficient and comfortable as possible. Whether it’s holding your hand, if needed, or talking you through different dental procedures, these women will make your experience as pleasant as possible. They come with many years of experience and training.
Cristie's smiling face will greet you upon walking through the door. She will try and help answer any questions, whether on the phone or in person and will ensure all of your information is up to date in your chart, all paperwork is complete, and answer all insurance questions. Don't hesitate to ask for her by name when calling the office.
